American Horror Story: Apocalypse S08E09 ‘Fire and Reign': Bad Habits Starting to Show (REVIEW)

Hey guest, welcome to TopHBO.Com Like to see
Welcome back to Bleeding Cool's weekly review of FX's American Horror Story: Apocalypse, where this week we're looking at the ninth and penultimate episode of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's popular horror anthology series, ‘Fire and Reign.’

In last week’s episode, Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) had everything in place to put him down for good after taking out two warlock-traitor lackeys and his “Lady Macbeth” Mead (Kathy Bates). And then she blinked, reaching out her hand in good faith (some interesting irony there) to Michael “Do You Remember I’m The Antichrist?” Langdon (Cody Fern) to offer him a path to redemption (which you can see for yourselves again below). Her offer was not well received – and then she let him walk away.

This week, Michael makes her regret that decision in a big way…

Check out our review of ‘Fire and Reign’ to find out why this episode has our “Ryan Murphy’s Running Out of Time” meter inching higher and higher (that’s not good) as we head into next week’s season finale

Spoiler Warning: I’ll be covering some themes and takeaways involving major and minor plot points from the episode, so just keep that in mind. Definitely not looking for pitchforks and torches outside my apartment.
